Here at MOSAIC, we are a pet-friendly house. We have five cats in residence as well as many animal lovers. We are currently at capacity for large pets (cats or dogs) for the 2026-2027 year.

Bringing a pet with you:
We are no longer accepting large furriends (cats or dogs) this year.
If you plan to bring another pet with you, we can set up a meet-and-greet so your pet can meet those currently living in our house to make sure everyone gets along. Pets are also subject to an all-member vote to approve their move-in.

Pet Deposit
There is a pet deposit of $250 due at the same time as your security deposit or at the time you get a pet if you already live in the house when you get a pet. This deposit is returned upon move out. A portion of the Pet Deposit may be withheld if the Resident’s pet has caused damage to their house, its contents, or other MOSAIC property.
